Where are you located?

We're located in Canada - with our company being incorporated in Thornhill, Ontario and our main office being located in Toronto, Ontario!

How long have you been in business?

We’ve been in business for almost 2 years now, and our CIC hearing aids were our first ever model offered.Our BTE hearing aids were introduced soon after—about 2 months later, to be exact!

How long until I get my order?

Our shipping times range from 10-15 days after placing your order.

Are your hearing devices true hearing devices or amplifiers?

Our ClarityPros are considered OTC (over-the-counter) hearing devices. They are a new category of hearing devices that people can buy directly without visiting a hearing health professional. These devices are intended to help adults with mild to moderate hearing loss.

Even though they aren't tuned by an audiologist, they do have many of the same functions you’d find in a prescription hearing aid, including crystal-clear audio and active background noise cancellation.

You’ll also find some features that most prescription hearing aids don’t have, such as adjustable volume, so that you’re able to set each hearing devices to exactly what you need.

Will your ClarityPros work for me?

Our ClarityPros are meant for people with mild to moderate hearing loss (up to 70 dB of hearing loss). For anyone with severe or profound hearing loss, our ClarityPros will unfortunately not be able to help.

What if these don't work for me? What is your return and refund process?

Try our hearing devices for 14 days and if you're not fully satisfied with them, we'll refund you—guaranteed!

Plus, we're happy to offer a FREE 2 year warranty! Meaning if there's ever an issue with our hearing devices (for any reason whatsoever), we'll ship you a brand new pair of hearing devices - completely free!

On top of that, we're here to work with you! If our hearing devices don't work for you, we'll do our best to troubleshoot or find you a pair of hearing devices that work perfectly for you.

What ClarityPros models do you have, and what are their prices?

Great question! We actually offer different types of ClarityPros, from CIC (completely in the canal) to BTE (behind the ear) and ITE (in the ear), in both rechargeable and battery-powered models.

Do I need to pay taxes when I order from you?

Our prices don't include any possible taxes or duty fees. However, since we're based in Canada, your local government may ask you to pay a customs duty fee or small amount of tax.
